Tina Rojas

MS Nutrition Science Research & Education 200+ RYT | Vinyasa, Ashtanga & Pranayama With a dynamic foundation rooted in both science and artistry, she brings a uniquely informed and powerful presence to every class and creative project. Beginning her dance journey at just five years old, she trained and competed rigorously through her youth, continuing her dedication into high school and collegiate levels. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, where she pursued a dual path—graduating with a focus in Theatre & Dance Performance while also completing a double major in Biochemistry. Bridging her passion for movement with a deep understanding of the body, she went on to receive her Master of Science in Nutrition Research, further refining her knowledge of performance, wellness, and physical optimization.

vHer twenties took her to Los Angeles, where she immersed herself in the commercial dance world, training at renowned studios including Edge Performing Arts Center, Millennium Dance Complex, and Playground LA. There, she developed her signature style—an electrifying blend of heels, hip hop, and jazz funk—grounded in both technical precision and expressive storytelling. Transitioning seamlessly into professional choreography and creative direction, she has collaborated with a wide range of industry leaders and brands including RW Productions, NOMADA, SpaceX, Chipotle, MTH Theatre, Starlight Theatre, Baha Mar, Faena Hotel, and Quixotic.

Her creative portfolio spans stage, commercial, and immersive experiences, where she has produced, styled, and choreographed standout works such as the NOW Foods Commercial, The Devil Wears Prada, Whiskey Dynamite, Dark Forest, Luxuria at Baha Mar in the Bahamas, and Retro at Faena Theatre in Miami Beach. Known for her ability to fuse athleticism with artistry, her Master Dance Classes are an empowering experience—designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate dancers of all backgrounds while encouraging them to connect deeply with both their bodies and their creative voice. She has expanded her teaching and continued her studies into the world of yoga, becoming globally certified and a registered 200-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance, with training in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and pranayama. She now leads global wellness retreats as a natural extension of her brand and body of work. Her approach weaves together sensual movement, nutrition, holistic wellbeing, and yoga—creating an immersive fusion that supports both healing and self-expression.
